This study provides an overview of the profile of the poverty and living standards in Montenegro using the available data in that period. By presenting an array of important results, this document serves as a platform for important discussions in Montenegro on poverty reduction strategies and efforts to monitor progress in their implementation and in the same time highlights that it is important to evaluate the potential impact of economic reforms on the poorest in Montenegro who remain vulnerable to changes in the economic environment.
