The methodological guide has been prepared as part of the "Green Thinking for a Greener Community" project. The purpose of the methodological guide is to assist educational institutions and organizations in Montenegro in preparing project proposals.

The guide provides an overview of what a project is, how project proposals are prepared, and examples of specific forms and methodological approaches that can be used when creating project proposals. Each donor typically has established formats and requirements regarding the form and content of project proposals. However, certain elements of project proposals are universal and commonly constitute an integral part of every project.
