The EU ETF FRAME Skills for the Future initiative, was aimed to support the seven SEE in the development of more coherent and evidence-based policy approaches for human resources development using the EU 2020 as a reference and an anchor for reform. The overall aim of the project was better aligning the education and training system with the needs of the economy and the labour market and to strengthening institutional capacities and inter-institutional co-operation to ensure joined up policy approaches across government. ISSP team was working on the implementation of the several project components in Montenegro.
